- Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Consumable products: All opened coffee, tea, latte, and hot chocolate products are final sale and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
